I don’t know about you but I’m ready for some springtime weather and blooming flowers! Speaking of flowers, I LOVE floral prints so it was a no brainer for me to use the Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper (DSP) for this birthday card. I think you could also use this as an Anniversary or Wedding card. You can’t tell in the picture but I have the Just Jade ribbon sandwiched in between two layers of Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon. It just made the polka dots more noticeable plus I think it compliments the dots in the DSP.
I used the So Sentimental Cling Stamp Set for my sentiment. I stamped it with Just Jade and then I used Clear Embossing Powder for that extra little something special! I truly love to emboss when I can! Don’t look too close you’ll see a bit of imperfection! It happens but hey, it’s handmade with love! I used the Tasteful Labels Dies to die cut the sentiment and then popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. You can use the Clear Block D or use Stampin’ Up!’s Stamparatus when stamping the sentiment. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Stamparatus tool!
The Paper Players Theme Challenge: PP531 “Spring is in the Air!” challenge so I thought I’d participate. That’s another reason I chose Flower For Every Season DSP for my card! Be sure to check out all the BEAUTIFUL cards that have been created by clicking the link above or the image below.

So beautiful Tonya! I love the bold sentiment against the beautiful florals in the paper. The polka dots add such pretty texture, too. Thanks so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
Thank you for your SWEET comment Anne Marie! I worried about having such a big sentiment but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. I enjoyed participating at The Paper Players. It’s been YEARS since the last time I “played” with The Paper Players! 😉
