I had to pleasure to attend this years On Stage event along with over 10,000 other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. Although it was a virtual event, hence the name OnStage@Home, it was a lot of fun to be able to participate. It was AWESOME getting a SNEEK PEEK at the upcoming products in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog! My card above is one of the cards that I was able to make along with the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, which was one of the many presenters. This part of the event was called Stamp & Share Experience. I opted to buy Dandy Garden Project Collection (Jan-Jun Mini Catalog products) prior to the event. Attendees were provided with a list of items (suggested alternate items were included) needed along with measurements to be able to join in and make cards along with the presenter. I’m sorry to admit that I do not have the SU Demo’s name so I can give her credit for her design. I like to give credit where credit is due! I truly love the layout and design of her card. Here it is without the punched dragonflies . . .
There are THREE different types of card makers and/or scrapbookers or just crafters in general: Beginner, Casual, and Avid. This card style is what I would call SIMPLE and for a beginner. BTW, I love simple cards! Adding the punched little dragonflies simply adds a bit more to the card which would appeal to a casual card maker. But what about adding some embellishments onto those little butterflies?! That would definitely step it up a bit more which would definitely appeal to an Avid crafter.
The beauty of making cards is that you can make them as simple as you want or you can step them up by adding just a bit more or a lot more! Regardless of the type of crafter you are, Stampin’ Up! products certainly makes it easy and fun when it comes to creating! Plus I love how Stampin’ Up! makes it SO EASY to coordinate between inks, ribbons, papers, embellishments . . . you really need to check out ALL their products! Be sure to visit my online store at https://tonyadenton.stampinup.net to see it ALL!
Speaking of products . . . this was my before prep for the Stamp & Share Experience. LOOK at all the 6″ x 6″ Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper! Love that paper! This DSP also coordinates with another stamp set that will also be available in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog (JJ 2021).
I have my products grouped for each project (below) that was demonstrated by three different presenters! I’m sorry that I don’t have my other two cards to share at this time.
If you want to see a close up of the products from the Dandy Garden Project Collection that I was able to pre-order, visit this LINK. Remember these items are NOT available until the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog goes live in January.
