It’s “All Good Things with Memories & More” card pack! My card is SWEET and SIMPLE and so quick and easy to make. These card packs by Stampin’ Up! are for pocket scrapbooking but I can use them for so much more! I’m using the Days Like This Memories & More Card Pack to make all occasion cards. I’ll also use them for scrapbooking, whether it’s pocket or traditional scrapbooking.
My above card was created from a BOO BOO I had made while making a birthday card. I glued the wrong side to my Basic Black panel. No problem since I had a left over strip of the beautiful butterflies 4″ x 6″ card I was using to make two birthday cards, see them below.
Main Image Card Details
- Basic White card base | 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ | Scored at 4-1/4″
- Butterflies card | 1″ x 5-1/2″ | Adhere to card base | See NOTE below
- Basic Black cardstock | 3-1/8″ x 4-1/8″
- All Good Things card | Adhere to Basic Black panel
- Adhere the matted All Good Things to the card base
- Add a little bow to bottom right floral stem with a glue dot or glue | Basic Black Twine
- Step it up by using some Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots | See on birthday cards below!
Memories & More Birthday Cards
NOTE: To make all three of these cards using one 4″ x 6″ multi-butterflies card, cut it in Portrait Orientation. Cut two 1-1/2″ strips (1-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ each) and the one 1″ strip (1″ x 5-1/2″). Use basically the same card details from above as a guideline to make the birthday cards but in Landscape Orientation.
I love how this birthday card turned out! Using one of the 3″ x 4″ cards that is Petal Pink with white butterfly images, I adhered it to a Pool Party cardstock panel cut at 4-1/8″ x 3-1/8″. I stamped Happy Birthday from the Simply Said Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pool Party onto a 3″ x 9/16″ (little over 1/2″) Basic White cardstock. Stamping it again in VersaMark and applying Clear Embossing Powder, I heat set it to give the sentiment some dimension. I love to Heat Emboss sentiments to add a bit of WOW! to my cards. Also adding some Petal Pink embellishments helps to step up my card.
This card above is using the backside of the All Good Things card, which has a nice Lemon Lolly pattern pops with the Basic Black panel. Plus it coordinates well with the multi-butterflies strip that is on the card base. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and finished off with Lemon Lolly embellishments. I’ll be making more cards using the Days Like This Memories & More Card Pack. FYI: This card pack is in LOW INVENTORY!

On a personal note, I rarely stamp without a positioning tool. PLUS if I stamp an image and I don’t get the coverage I want, then I can stamp it again. I feel that a stamping positioning tool if necessary for those of us who are a bit OCD! LOL! Also this type of tool makes Heat Embossing so EASY! You stamp an image in an ink color, then stamp again using VersaMark, then apply your embossing powder to your stamped image and set it with the Heat Tool.
