My Paper Pumpkin Fall For Toile Alternate Card

My Paper Pumpkin Fall For Toile alternate card came together rather nicely. Let me start with the die-cut leaves. Starting back in January 2024, Stampin’ Up! started offering coordinating dies specifically as an Add-On item for Paper Pumpkin Subscribers. So every quarter (in this case JAN, FEB, and MAR) there would be coordinating dies to go with those particular Paper Pumpkin kits, which includes stamp sets. In other words, these Add-On die sets coordinate with the stamp set/kits.

I find the value of the Paper Pumpkin kits and the dies to be well worth it. It helps to further creativity long after the kits have been completed. In this case, I reached back to the 2024 PPKits Q3 (that’s how it’s labeled) and pulled out Every Celebration Dies. See it below. It has three dies and I used the leaf die for my circle of leaves on my card. My Hubby and my crafting friends, Judy & Cindy, really liked how my card turned out!

Card Details

I didn’t have a plan other than to use the toile card base and the stamped sentiment label from the September 2025 Fall For Toile Paper Pumpkin kit. Kit refills are still available for Paper Pumpkin subscribers, click HERE for more information. I cut that card base in half and then cut it down to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and adhered it to a Cajun Craze card base, 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″; scored at 4-1/4″. I decided to use the sentiment label from the same kit that I had already stamped in Cajun Craze, which was included in this kit. Every Paper Pumpkin kit comes with a Stampin’ Up! Classic Stampin’ Spot.

Then I decided I wanted something to go around the circle sentiment label and I thought of a wreath of leaves. I have been collecting the Add-On dies since they became available and I pulled out the one with the leaves. I used Cajun Craze, Early Expresso, Pecan Pie, and Basic Beige card stock for my die-cut leaves. I did two of each color. I used Glue Dots to adhere the leaves and the sentiment label. Simply done and look at the details of those leaves!

TIP: Place the Glue Dots down first and then start adding the leaves. Start with the same colors opposite of each other.

This card has a Pecan Pie card base and I stamped the sentiment label with Pecan Pie ink. I feel this one can be a masculine card simply by changing the color of the card base. I hope you liked my alternative cards today!
